Overview

This site is operated by Rachel Barkley of Barkley & Co Home Advisors, brokered by Real Broker. It is informational and orientation-based. Submitting information through this site does not create a client, brokerage, agency, legal, lending, tax, or fiduciary relationship.

Information we collect

We collect only information you choose to share, which may include:

• Name, email, phone, and message context submitted through contact forms.
• Inputs submitted to the Atlas Builder, AI assistant, and any chat or briefing tools on the site.
• Information you provide if Rachel or her team upload your details to internal CRM tools (for example, a referral introduction or a CSV import you authorized).
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (such as Plausible) covering pages viewed, referrer, and approximate region. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
• Standard server and security telemetry needed to operate the site.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and follow up about your Arizona move.
• To provide and improve the Atlas, AI orientation tools, and site content.
• To send relevant updates by email, SMS, or phone if you submitted contact details.
• To review AI conversations for service quality, follow-up, and improvement.
• To detect abuse and maintain site security.

AI conversations

Conversations with the Atlas assistant and related AI features may be stored and reviewed by Rachel and her team for lead follow-up, service quality, and improvement of the tool. The AI is informational and orientation-based only and is not a substitute for advice from Rachel directly or from a licensed professional.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate this site. Your information may be processed by:

• Vercel, for site hosting and delivery.
• Supabase, for database, authentication, and lead/CRM storage.
• Resend, for transactional email delivery.
• OpenAI and similar AI providers, for the Atlas assistant and AI-assisted features.
• Plausible (or comparable privacy-friendly analytics), for aggregate usage statistics.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Information submitted through forms, the Atlas Builder, chat, and CRM tools is retained for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, maintain client records, and comply with applicable real estate, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion by emailing Rachel@RachelBarkley.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults considering Arizona real estate decisions and is not directed to children under 13.
