No agency relationship

Viewing this site, submitting a form, or interacting with the Atlas assistant does not, on its own, create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or client relationship. A client relationship is established only through a signed written agreement with Rachel Barkley and Barkley & Co Home Advisors, brokered by Real Broker.

AI Atlas and assistant

The Atlas assistant and related AI features are automated tools designed to help orient visitors to Arizona areas, lifestyle considerations, and the move-decision process. They are not Rachel Barkley personally. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should be independently verified before any real estate decision. Conversations may be stored and reviewed for follow-up, quality, and improvement.

No guarantees

We make no guarantees about availability of properties, pricing, market outcomes, valuation, appreciation, rental income, financing terms, investment performance, or timing. Market conditions change. Property and area information is sourced from third parties and may contain errors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial portions of the site without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or other people's personal information.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the site or its tools.

Intellectual property

Site content, structure, branding, written copy, photography, and the Atlas system are the property of Rachel Barkley or used with permission. You may share individual pages with attribution. All other use requires written permission.
